I am Anna Miller. Journalist, Positive Psychologist and Mental Health Activist.

 
I bought my first mobile phone at the age of 11. 

At the start, it was all so wonderful. I truly believed that the Internet can be a window into a world full of wonder and connection.

Until things changed.

The digital world became addictive to me.

I waisted time and energy. Lacked focus. And lost the connection with myself, the world around me

- and the people I loved most.

 

Overdigitalized and underconnected,

I realized: I want less time in front of screens and more time with real life.

and live more.

I believe in a human revolution of digital change. I want more awareness around our tech usage.

A discussion about boundaries and possibilities of digital citizenship.

A digitalization that is sustainable for our planet, our minds and our hearts.
